An exclusive selection of Georgian wines is the pride of the restaurant. You can find a selection of Qvevri wines, which are produced by small wineries.

Head chef - mariam eliashvili
Mariam Eliashvili is a talented chef who left behind a career in business management to pursue her passion for cooking. She discovered her love for professional kitchens in 2019 and has been continuously learning ever since. Mariam has worked in several popular modern georgian restaurants in Tbilisi, developing her skills and realizing her full potential.
Mariam decided to move to Tallinn, Estonia, to step out of her comfort zone and create new opportunities for herself. She was drawn to the Lendav Maaler restaurant's values and atmosphere, which she had been following for some time. Working with like-minded individuals who share her passion for creativity and good food was a natural next step for her. Mariam believes that together with the fantastic team at Lendav Maaler, they can create exciting and beautiful dining experiences for their guests.
